Boost your strength
Following research conducted by University College Dublin, to help reverse frailty and keep people strong and able, we need to incorporate exercise 3-4x weekly and walking daily. We understand that this might not be feasible for some of your clients, but this is good practice to get those who are able-bodied into a routine.
We hope these posters, and a continuous reference back to doing workouts at home, will improve the strength of many. Of course, as mentioned, this is only for those who would be safe to do these at home.
